Pool Equipment Monitoring and Control System

This system ensures constant, objective, and prompt monitoring of pool equipment operation, its parameters, maintenance staff activities, as well as recording and organizing statistical data collected during system operation.

Key Functions:

• Remote monitoring of primary equipment operation.
• Adjustment of certain equipment parameters.
• Graphical analysis of collected data over time.
• Remote supervision of maintenance staff.
• Remote control of equipment, actuators, or devices (e.g., attractions, lighting).
• Real-time alerts for malfunctions or emergencies.
• Customization of the dispatching system to accommodate the specific needs and preferences of the customer.

System Components:

• The system is managed by the EM-481 controller, connected to OB-215 input/output modules.

OB-215 Module Sensor Capabilities:

Temperature sensors (-5 °C … +125 °C):

• Heat carrier temperature at the inlet and outlet
• Pool water temperature
• Indoor air temperature

Relative air humidity sensors (0–100%):

• Humidity sensor – measures humidity in the technical room.

Presence detection:

• Motion sensor – detects human movement in the room.

Water flow detection:

• Flow sensor for the pool’s hydraulic system – monitors water circulation
• Flow sensor for the pool’s supply system – monitors water supply from the main system

Disinfection sensors:

• PH sensor – measures pool water pH levels (up to 2 sensors)
• ORP sensor – measures the oxidation-reduction potential in millivolts (up to 2 sensors)
• Chemical level sensor – signals when chemical containers (e.g., chlorine, pH-minus) are empty

Hydraulics:

• Pressure sensor (0–5 bar) for water or air measurement
• Flood sensor – detects water leakage on the technical room floor

Power supply:

• UBZ-305 motor protection unit – measures network voltage, monitors, and protects the pump.

Remote Control for High-Power Loads (up to 8 channels):
Turning on/off water attractions such as:

• Waterfall
• Geyser
• Cannon
• Countercurrent system
• Turning on/off pool lighting

Opening/closing valves in the water supply system.

Device status sensors – show equipment state (on/off) in the system.

Alerts and Notifications:

Light-sound signaling device:

• Alerts with sound and light in case of emergencies.
• Sends SMS or auto-dial alerts to specified phone numbers.
• In case of malfunctions or sensor failures, the system will send SMS notifications to both the customer and the service center dispatcher.
