The RMT-101 maximum current relay is designed to disconnect the load when the current exceeds the set value within the range of 0 to 10 A or 0 to 100 amps.

The device can be used as:

  • a digital ammeter
  • a current consumption limiting relay
  • a priority load selection relay

The indicators on the front panel of the relay indicate this:

  • the load state (on / off)
  • exceeding the threshold of the maximum allowable current value of the load

The display shows depending on the operating mode:

  • the current value of the load current
  • the maximum current value since the last parameter reset
  • the value of the set parameter
  • the time remaining until the load is turned on or off
  • the presence of a re-enable lock

The controls allow the user to customise:

  • the threshold of the maximum allowable current value of the load
  • the disconnection response time of the load when exceeding the threshold of the maximum allowable load current
  • the load turn-on delay time after the current drops to the allowable level
