The refrigeration control unit МСК-301-78 is designed to control the low-temperature refrigeration unit that is part of the construction of the plastic-frozen soil stabiliser (hereinafter referred to as the PFS).

The device allows:

• control and maintain the temperature of the base soil
• to control and maintain the temperature of the LFGM evaporator
• control and maintain the temperature of the compressor crankcase
• control compressor operation depending on the temperature of the compressor crankcase
• perform the cold set mode
• perform defrosting by periodically stopping the compressor
• provide connection to an external alarm system
• protect the compressor from frequent switching on
• protect against unauthorised parameter changes

MCK-301-78 provides a protective shutdown of the compressor in case of unacceptable power supply network parameters (the current value of the phase or line voltage, phase skew, correct phase sequence and the state of the power contacts of the external magnetic starter before and after switching on the compressor are monitored) and subsequent automatic switching on after the voltage parameters are restored after a time set by the user.
