The pumping station controller МСК-107 (hereinafter referred to as МСК-107, the device) is designed for creating automation systems for technological processes related to the control and maintenance of a specified level of liquid substances in various tanks by controlling the electric motor(s) of one or two pumps.

Maintaining the specified liquid level is ensured by control:

• For single-phase motors up to 1 kW – an integrated load relay
• For three-phase motors or single-phase motors with a power of more than 1 kW – control of the magnetic starter coil (contactor)

The МСК-107 provides control of the electric motor(s) of one or two pumps both in automatic mode according to one of the built-in algorithms and in manual mode – according to user commands from the front panel or push-button station

Through the RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces (MODBUS protocol), it is possible to set the main operating parameters of the МСК-107, as well as remote control of the electric motor(s).

The control unit for medium- and low-temperature refrigeration machines with automatic defrosting МСК-301-86 is designed for controlling freezers, refrigerated counters, monoblocks, and other refrigeration commercial and industrial equipment.

The device automatically maintains the temperature of the freezer and evaporator, as well as, depending on the set operating mode, the temperature of the second evaporator or the temperature in the fan air stream.

If necessary, the МСК-301-86 can record and respond to the following emergency situations:

• Short circuit or open circuit of sensors
• Opening of the chamber door for a time exceeding the maximum permissible time
• Unacceptable deviation of the supply voltage parameters
• Sticking of the starter output contacts
• Compressor temperature exceeding the permissible limits
