Every cottage community, summer cottage co-operative has a number of problems:

• Collection of electricity meter readings;
• Systemic non-payers for electricity;
External lighting.

Each of these problems entails large monetary costs.

To solve these problems, Novatek-Electro has developed and produced a number of devices:

Single-phase power limiter OM-121:

Keeps track of electricity consumption; Measures the performance of the power grid;Protects against accidents in the power grid;Remote control and management (disconnection of debtors).

Three-phase power limiter OM-310:

Keeps track of electricity consumption; Measures the performance of the power grid;Protects against accidents in the power grid, including line breaks;Control of outdoor lighting;Control of the operation of lighting equipment.

GSM controller EM-481 - connects to OM-121 and OM-310, reads data from devices and transmits it to the Overvis cloud server. Access to the server is available from any device connected to the Internet.

Web control of equipment operation;Remote data collection from connected devices;Remote device management;Construction of reporting tables and analytical graphs based on the received data;SMS notification of accidents.
