Mobile station for recording power grid parameters based on the RPM-416 device.
The station includes:
- Plastic shield IP 65 - 1 pc.
- Circuit breaker 1P 16A - 1 pc
- Recorder of electrical parameters RPM-416 - 1 pc
- Detachable current transformer - 4 pcs.
- Phase clamp - 3 pcs
- Power clamps RPM-416 - 2 pcs
- The RPM-416 recorder is a microprocessor-based device designed to measure the values of electrical parameters, display these values on the recorder's display, and archive data.
It is widely used for energy audits.
Data archiving is performed on a removable memory card (SD / MMC) at a speed of 0.001 s, and can be analysed using the RPM-416 Data Analysis software.
The RPM-416 recorder has a built-in real-time clock powered by a built-in lithium battery.
The RPM-416 can be connected to an Ethernet network using the 10Base-T or 100Base-T standard.
In this case, it is possible to configure the RPM-416 and transfer data to a PC at the same time as recording data to the memory card.
Advantages:
- Power - write speed to the card up to 1000 times per second (0.001 s sampling)
- Multichannel - one recorder is enough to obtain complete information about the operation of the monitored object
- High reliability - self-monitoring system and data storage algorithm prevent data loss in case of emergency (power failure)
- Remote monitoring and configuration - a recorder installed in a hard-to-reach location with an Ethernet connection is capable of transferring data to a PC or a remote Overvis server in parallel with recording to a memory card
- Galvanic isolation - high voltage and current input signals are galvanically isolated from other inputs, which ensures easy connection of the recorder
Application area:
- Input and energy-intensive plant monitoring
- Energy audit
- Electricity meter
- The principle of operation of the product is based on measuring values from all sensors connected to the recorder inputs, accumulating data in the internal memory of the recorder and recording them on an external medium - a memory card (SD/MMC).
The RPM-416 has an event-based data recording mode. When event data recording is enabled, the values measured by the data logger are permanently recorded in a temporary buffer.
Measured values:
- Voltage (current, peak, instantaneous)
- Frequency
- Harmonic coefficient
- Current (current, peak, instantaneous)
- Temperature
- Pulses
- Power (active, reactive, total)
- Power factor cos φ
- Active energy meter
- Reactive energy meter
- Line voltage AB
- Line voltage BC
- Linear voltage CA
- Reverse sequence voltage
- Direct sequence voltage
- Zero sequence voltage
