The МСК-107 pump station controller (hereinafter referred to as МСК-107 or the device) is designed to create automation systems for technological processes related to monitoring and maintaining a specified liquid level in various types of tanks by controlling the electric motor(s) of one or two pumps.
The maintenance of the specified liquid level is achieved through control of:
- A single-phase motor with a power of up to 1 kW – using the built-in load relay.
- A three-phase motor or a single-phase motor with a power exceeding 1 kW – by controlling the coil of a magnetic starter (contactor).
- МСК-107 allows for the control of one or two pump motors in both automatic mode—using one of the built-in algorithms—and manual mode, where the user can operate it via the front panel or a push-button station.
Using the RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces (MODBUS protocol), it is possible to set the main operating parameters of МСК-107 and remotely control the electric motor(s).
МСК-107 is compatible with liquids of varying electrical conductivity, including potable or contaminated water, milk, and food products (mildly acidic, alkaline, etc.).
